The book is devoted to an extremely important topic: using competency-based approach for development of educational programs in high education. A new methodology is proposed with forming the programs in close corresponding with sectoral qualification networks . The methodology is implemented to the subject ‘Management’. An international team, included Russian, German, and Italian authors, was formed especially for the monograph. Their activity was support by EU PROJECT 530601-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-PLTEMPUS- SMHES “INFORMATICS AND MANAGEMENT: BOLOGNASTYLE QUALIFICATIONS FRAMEWORKS”, which was realised by an international team during three years from 2012 to 2015.
Afanasyev Valentin is Vice-rector of State University of Management (Moscow). Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor. Author of over 100 scientific and methodical works, including textbooks in the field of management, economics, economy and management in fuel and energy complex, reforming of public service etc.
Mitrofanova Elena is Deputy head of the Department of labor Economics and management of social and labor relations, State University of management (Moscow). Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor. Author of over 180 scientific and methodical works, including textbooks in the field of human resource management and labor economics.
Raychenko Alexander is Professor of the Department of Management Theory, State University of Management (Moscow). Doctor of Economic Sciences. Author of over 230 scientific and methodical works, including textbooks in the field of management and economics.
Konovalova Valeria is Deputy head of the Department of Personnel Management, State University of management (Moscow). Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor. Author of over 120 scientific and methodical works, including textbooks in the field of human resource management and conflictology. ChulanovaOksana–Associate professor of the Department of Personnel Management, Surgut State University (Surgut). Doctor of Economic Sciences. Author of over 100 scientific and methodical works, including textbooks in the field of human resource management and competence-based approach.
Serge V. Chernyshenko is an invited professor of Koblenz-Landau University, Germany. His PhD is in the field of computer science, the habilitation is on ecology. Until 2009 he was a dean of applied mathematics faculty of Dnipropetrovsk National University, Ukraine. As a head of Ukrainian National Methodological Committee on Applied Mathematics and manager of more than ten EU educational Tempus projects, last years he is deeply involved into the didactic issues, connected with the Bologna process.
Diana Spulber has a lot of experience as project manager for several EU projects (Tempus, Erasmus) since 2000. She has a Phd in Methodology of research. She is Adv. Researcher at University of Genoa from 2003 She is contract professor Statistics, and Assistant profes¬sor at Link Campus University on European Union law EU organizations and member of the Scientific Committee for the conference “Changes in Social and Business Environment “ CISABE 2011. Her main skills are: Research domains are: Communication – psychological, socio – political aspects, Mediated Communication, Disabled students, Unemployment.
