The aim of this project is the qualification of educationalists and education managers in consecutive initial and further education to constructively approach diversity in educational institutions and organizations Specific aims: o Cross-border networking and an international design of the initial and further education course offers in Diversity Education and Diversity Management to bring together best practice examples from the educational institutions. o Modernization of the curricula for Bachelor courses with an educational profile through modularized thematic clusters in diversity. o Development of the curriculum for Master courses in “Educational management in heterogeneous organizations”. o Development of modules for Further Education in Diversity Pedagogy and Management. o International tandem mentoring of doctoral theses in Diversity. o Networking in local educational scenarios to promote the inclusion of marginal groups. o The creation of an inclusive environment at universities.
